Despite working in
one the leading design firms in Mumbai, Meera Sehgal (Mithila Palkar) ’s
professional life isn’t all hunky-dory. From an ill-behaved boss to
unprofessional behaviour to temper tantrums, the Dehradun born and bred
designer is witnessing the not-so-nice realities of work life.
But amid all this
unpleasantness, Meera has her best friend and boyfriend, Karthik (Rajat
Barmecha), by her side in the city of dreams. In the fourth episode, we saw
Karthik returning to Mumbai, as he is bored of his mundane chef life in UK.
Unwilling to go back to his parents’ home, Karthik insists that he will stay
with Meera in the apartment provided by her firm. Meera reluctantly allows him
to stay, but just for a while!
If you remember,
even in season one, Meera and Karthik were roomies and it was the constant
companionship that bloomed into budding romance. Unfortunately, their work took
them to separate cities, so the couple agreed to try out the long-distance
relationship. There were ups and downs, but Meera and Karthik have stayed best
friends! Now that they are back in the same apartment, once again, will their
romance get a new lease of life?
